Class 1 & 2
Landing in your centre
EARTH
Let’s explore the dynamics of standing postures, how to utilise the feet, legs and pelvic floor to root our energy. Learn the balancing mantra for the earth element and a dynamic breathing practice to land in our centre.
Class 3 & 4
Find your flow
WATER
Work with a flowing series of postures to open the hips and the psoas. Learn how to bring a fluid pranayama into each posture with the classic So ham mantra and a nourishing meditation to calm and soothe the emotions.
Class 5 & 6
Ignite your power
FIRE
Learn the Sat Kriya practice of Uddiyana. practice Bastrika pranayama. Fire up your abs through a strong vinyasa practice, including twists and arm balances, and practice the yantra visualisation and mudra to balance fire.
Class 7 & 8
Receive your Heart
AIR
Strengthen and stretch the upper body through shoulder openers and chest openers incorporating Ujjayi pranayama and the Padma shambhava meditation ( heart lotus being meditation)
